Abstract:
This presentation focuses on the process of developing customer-oriented performance measures rather than using often inaccurate confusing measures. These measures are far more difficult to calculate and gauge in comparison to infrastructure-based methods, making this a much more difficult task. An in-depth study of state of good repair analysis is included.
