TRB conducted a webinar on May 22, 2014, from 2:00pm to 3:30pm ET that covered how the Louisiana, New York, and Minnesota departments of transportation incorporated risk-management into their Transportation Asset Management Plans (TAMPs) and financial plans as required by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act. A certificate for 1.5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) was provided to attendees who registered and attended the webinar as an individual.
The new MAP-21 Federal legislation requires state DOTs to develop risk-based TAMPs for their roads and bridges on the NHS.
