TRB is cosponsoring the 2014 National Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) Conference on December 4-5, 2014, in Miami, Florida. The conference will be designed to focus on pre-fabricated bridge elements, systems, and technologies that will allow accelerating construction of bridges using various materials and techniques. More than 250 experts will present research, case studies, and perspectives of Accelerated Bridge Construction through 160 technical presentations scheduled in 30 sessions. ABC projects successfully completed in the United States and internationally will be discussed. Several ABC workshops will be held on December 3, one day prior to the conference.
